Galvanization

Galvanizing method is the most logical method of protecting steel. The hot-dip method is done by immersing iron or steel in hot pools filled with liquid zinc. As a result of this method, the metal is covered with an armor measured in microns. This armor prevents corrosion even in many atmospheric environments. A hot-dip applied design can maintain its first-day resistance for years without the need for maintenance and repair.

Our facility has areas for both dipping(1200m2) and spray(1000m2) galvanization.
